Ms. Worhacz has worked in the legal field since 1990. She joined Beale & Micheaels in 1995 and began working as a paralegal for Beale & Micheaels in January, 1999.

Her legal experience has been primarily in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death. She handles case planning, development and management, legal research, communication with clients, fact gathering and retrieving information, drafting and analyzing legal documents, and collecting, compiling and utilizing technical information to assist the supervising attorney.

In addition to the day to day management of files, Ms. Worhacz prepares demand letters/demand packages, negotiates settlements, handles subrogation issues, probate matters and prepares disbursement sheets and disburses settlement funds.

Ms. Worhacz has prepared for and attended numerous trials in various Arizona counties.
